Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Dough

In a big bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil, then slowly pour in the water. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it’s soft and smooth, like a baby’s cheek lah! If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1-2 hours. This makes it easier to stretch later.

Step 2: Divide and Shape
